It’s starting to be that time of year again. Now that I’m in high school, I haven’t really spent much time celebrating Christmas. With finals and grades to focus on, the feeling can be kind of down. School gets out on the 21st. That only leaves a few days to celebrate
As a kid, I had a lot more time to focus on the season. I was always baking cookies and eating sweets. I would go outside the first time it would snow every year. Every Christmas Eve we would have a snowball fight. Christmas was full of fun.
Another thing I still do every year is on Christmas may seem weird to others. We always go to a Chinese restaurant on the way home. They are the only restaurant open. It’s something only my close family does and something I will pass down. Christmas is full of traditions and memories.
